Burnout is another paradoxical topic in my practice. On it, I also accumulated a lot of stories, a lot of notes in the margins and a lot of questions. Plus, this topic is very personal - a few years ago I burned out in a business that I love and believe in. So imagine with what gigantic interest I dig there!

In this lecture, I will share my observations about burnout and what I have understood about it so far.

To give an idea of what will be discussed, here are the questions that I asked in my searches:

How is it that people burn out at the job they love as well as at the unloved one?

What burnout signals are we missing?

Is it possible to stop this process and play back?

Burnout - is it different? What is the difference between semantic burnout and resource burnout? (my terms)

Are we equally prone to burnout? Is there a way to save yourself? Is there a way to do this systemically?

Why are there so many people in helping professions among those who burn out?

During lecture walks, students not only walk, but also run, sunbathe, cook jam, clean up, lie in a hammock, cook dinner, draw, ride a scooter, work in the country - in general, any option that does not involve sitting participants in front of the screen (agree, it's too much anyway). Of course, it is best to walk, because walking is the coolest way to think, proven by numerous studies and personal experience. But this is up to you.
