About what:

In this self-discovery workshop, our main goal is tosharpen the meanings. 

We are constantly changing, our answer to the question “why” changes with us, and if we don’tcheck with yourself,  the question "what do I want" becomes a dead end.

Another goal is prevention.semantic burnout.This is my term for the feeling of emptiness and meaninglessness in my career/work. Let's try to figure out what is for youin factprofessional goals and results, why they are.

But the main thing, as in any self-discovery workshop, everything that happens works onbetter understanding of yourself.

Format:

5+1 (5 days of exercises and 1 unboxing webinar on Saturday).

We are meeting on the 13th. The exercises we will do with14 to 18 June(Monday through Friday). Every morning in our telegram chat I will post a question for which you will have a whole day. This is intended to be a very relaxed mode, allowing you to work efficiently and at a leisurely pace.

Then on SaturdayJune 19 at 10 Moscow timewe will meet at the webinar to sort everything out and understand what to do next with this information.

What's cool about this format:

 - you are doing exercises among interesting people,

 - regulate the degree of your presence yourself,

 - you can discuss the workshop after the final webinar

according to the feedback of the participants and according to my observations, the format itself gives a lot, no less than the material itself.

How long will the workshop take?

Daily exercises will take 15-20 minutes (written part), the webinar on Saturday will take 2 hours. It can be visited in real time or viewed in recording.
