ABOUT FORMAT

Technically, everything is simple - you need a charged phone, headphones and mobile Internet. Using the link sent to your email, you will enter the zoom conference, listen to the lecture in real time and at the end you can ask questions.

During walking lectures, students not only walk, but also run, sunbathe, make jam, clean up, lie in a hammock, cook dinner, draw, work in the country - in general, any option that does not involve participants sitting in front of the screen (agree , its already too much). 

Of course, walking is the best, because walking is the coolest way to think, proven by numerous studies and personal experience. But this is up to you.

After the lecture, I will send you a visual summary (key ideas) so that it is convenient for you to reflect on the material.
