The workshop has two audiences:

1) Those who have outgrown the current framework in their profession, and did not understand in which direction they have grown, what to do next) Who wants to aim more clearly, clarify their professional interests and choose a focus for further development;

2) Those who are generally in an open field have dropped out of the old, the new is not yet on the horizon. Hypotheses are vague, or they do not exist at all.

The main objective of the workshop- study of professional topics and your priorities within them,

the maximum task is to understand your professional trajectory for the next round or longer

the minimum task (for A2) is the expansion of horizons.

It will be useful in any assembly.

Format:

Whole weekfrom 25 to 30 Octoberyou will do self-exploration exercises - 1 exercise per day to avoid stress)

On SaturdayOctober 30 at 11 Moscow time- an unpacking webinar where it will become clear why we did all this and what came of it.

How long will the workshop take?

Daily exercises will take 15-20 minutes (written part), the webinar on Saturday will take 2 hours. It can be visited in real time or viewed in recording.
